We are a family owned business specializing in boutique developments. Townhouses and apartments are the focus of our work with specific attention to location, the primary philosophy of our company. Given this we develop predominantly in the eastern and south eastern suburbs of Melbourne within 5 – 20 k’m from the CBD. It has been proven time and again that blue chip suburbs are and will always be the safest place to invest in property as well as the most desirable locations to live.
